Admission

• We are according  with the CBSE and are offering education  to the children  from class play group to class VIII  standard.    Academic year is Apr to Mar.  Generally admission are done in the month of Mar–Apr, however we undertake  admissions  under exceptional condition throughout the year.

• For the purpose of admissions in Nursery to UKG  birth or affidavit  certificate  is mandatory.

• For the purpose of admission in class V and  VII it is mandatory to produce  Transfer Certificate ie TC. In case of  any  admission  of student  coming outside the district  it is  mandatory to get signature of District Education Officer.

Fees Structure

• The school fees for an academic year ie April to March, will be debited on a quarterly basis.

• •     1st quarter  –  April, May and June.
  •     2nd quarter  – July, August and September.
  •     3rd quarter  –  October, November and December.
  •     4th quarter  –  January, February and March.

• No rebate is given for school vacation.

• Fees debited will not be refunded even if the student does not attend class or leaves the school.

• Fees will be debited as long as student′s names are on the rolls.

• Fees not debited, due to insufficient fund, mismatch of the signatures of the authorized signatories etc,  entail a fine of Rs. 100 for every defaulting month.

• Unsuccessful debit list will be submitted for debit on the 15th of the following month with the fine.

•  Fees defaulters of a quarter are not permitted to the class in the  following quarter and m    their names are liable to be struck off the rolls.

• Due to unavoidable reasons fees may be increased during the current academic year. If so, parents will be duly informed.

Discipline

1.       Without  the approval of parents the leave will not be granted to students.

2.       During  the school time none of the students will be allowed to leave the school campus.

3.       Damage  to school property by the student will be considered as indiscipline.  Strict disciplinary action will be taken against the defaulter and decision of the administration will be final.

4.       Strict action will be taken against the student for unbecoming behavior or un-parliamentary language.

5.       All students  will participate  in academic and extra curricular activities.
